Find calm, space, gratitude and community at this in person, volunteer supported Adaptive Yoga class. Students will be led through a 2-hour yoga class, including an opportunity for wheelchair users to transfer to the floor for supine work.
Suggested donation is $30 for this event, however cost should never be an obstacle to your practice. Please reach out if you need scholarship support.

This group serves as an opportunity for us to create community, routine and help build up our resiliency during this time of seasonal transformation. Each week we will check-in and spend time learning and meditating on a grounding philosophy or elemental topic to guide us through the week. Our weekly gathering will include a meditation and movement to help build a weekly routine as we near the end of this Fall Season.

We will use the information and energy of Libra season to set intentions for our Nidra practice and the month ahead. Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep, is a guided meditation practice that reinforces and encourages deep integration of intention setting.
