Find calm, space, gratitude and community at this in person, volunteer supported Adaptive Yoga class. Students will be led through a 2-hour yoga class, including an opportunity for wheelchair users to transfer to the floor for supine work.

Suggested donation is $30 for this event, however cost should never be an obstacle to your practice. Please reach out if you need scholarship support.
