This 75min Fusion Yoga class offers a combination of the more static, steady practice we find in our Hatha classes with the fluidity and flow of a vinyasa class. This practice will build strength, cultivate focus and improve flexibility. All classes are accessible to all levels of yoga experience, including beginners!
