Join Jessica Winters in this 4-week series intended to improve flexibility of the mind and body, as well as build strength in your asana and pranayama practices. Each week, practice will include a combination of exercises to target the spine, refine balance and improve shoulder stability. The last portion of our weekly practice will include focused pranayama techniques.
This series is open to all levels of yoga experience.
